Establishment
The Rivers State University Business School (RSUBS) was established by the Senate of Rivers State University during its 275th regular meeting, held on Thursday, June 29, 2021. to address the increasing demand for specialized management education and to contribute to national development.
The school was created to serve as a center of excellence for postgraduate training, research, and consultancy in management and administration, with the vision of producing highly skilled and ethically grounded graduates capable of driving sustainable economic progress.

The daily operations of RSUBS are overseen and managed by the Director of the Business School, responsible for implementing policies, coordinating academic activities, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning.
